Jetpac Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Jetpac community! To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have a few guidelines:

  1. Respect others: Treat all members of the community with respect and kindness. Avoid engaging in personal attacks, harassment, or bullying. Support and uplift fellow community members whenever possible.

  2. No discrimination: Racism, transphobia, homophobia, xenophobia, or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated. We are all human and deserve to be treated as such.

  3. No bullying or harassment: Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

  4. No hate speech: Any content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

  5. No graphic content: Avoid posting graphic content such as gore, violence, or descriptions of assault. Such content is harmful and distressing.

  6. Child Safety and Protection: Jetpac, operated by Flameingo LLC, has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit:

    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
    • Content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
    • Grooming, sextortion, or any behavior that endangers children
    • Any content that facilitates child exploitation

    Any user found creating, uploading, or distributing such content will be immediately and permanently banned. We will remove all violating content immediately, report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate fully with law enforcement. Users can report violations through our in-app reporting feature or by contacting our Child Safety team at safety@flameingo.net.

  7. Content guidelines: While we welcome creators to promote their work, please follow these rules:

    • All suggestive content must be properly tagged as NSFW
    • Promotional images must maintain minimum coverage (bra/underwear or equivalent)
    • No full nudity or explicit sexual content
    • Keep promotional posts relevant and non-spammy
    • Use appropriate channels for promotion

7a. AI Generated Content: Users may upload AI-generated content to the platform, but transparency is required. All AI-generated content MUST be clearly disclosed in the caption or with a hashtag such as #ai, #aiart, #aigenerated, or similar. For example: "Check out the funny video I made! #ai". Failure to properly disclose AI-generated content may result in the removal of the content and a strike on your account.

  1. No suicidal behavior or self-harm: Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages suicidal behavior or self-harm is strictly prohibited. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please seek professional help immediately.

  2. No content that promotes eating disorders: Content that promotes or glorifies eating disorders is not allowed. We support healthy and positive body images.

  3. Keep it civil: Engage in constructive discussions and debates. Share diverse perspectives and experiences respectfully. Avoid using offensive language or engaging in disruptive behavior.

  4. No spam or excessive self-promotion: While we encourage sharing your work, avoid posting spam or promoting your own products or services excessively. Contributions should be relevant and add value to the community.

  5. No promotion of gambling: Do not promote gambling or any other illegal activities. This includes promoting online casinos, sports betting, or any other form of gambling.

  6. Respect intellectual property: Do not share content that you do not have the right to distribute, including copyrighted material or confidential information.

  7. Report violations: If you encounter any violations of these guidelines, please report them to the moderators for review.

By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Any content that goes against the spirit of promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe community is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, activities that may cause harm, discomfort, or disruption to our users or the community as a whole.

If you are found to be in violation of these rules, you will be given a strike. Continued violations will result in a ban from the community. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment!
